'Creative Play Day'

Inspired by an invitation from Anne Bagby, I had a 'creative play day' in my studio on February 11th. Anne was having her 'creative play day' on the 11th and since I couldn't attend I thought it would be fun to have one on the same day. There were 3 of us and then another Ginny dropped by to see what we were up to.

Ginny Stiles suggested we each bring one item for the salad. What fun a pot luck salad. After salad, bread, cookies/cake and coffee, we headed to the studio. We used spackle and stencils, I showed Sheila how to make a book using the simple pamphlet binding and Ginny carved her 'chop'. You can see her carving here and read more about our day.
